Earl Votes to Gut Your Healthcare and Increase the Price of Everything

Trump called it the One Big Beautiful Bill. Maybe “beautiful” was the original intent. Maybe he didn’t read it. We don’t know. All we know is that what passed — what Earl voted for — is a giant pile of billionaire-backed bullshit. The OBBBA is designed to hurt everyone outside the 1%. Not the libs, not immigrants, but everyone. (Especially, and not accidentally, states and communities that vote MAGA.)

Little Earl gleefully screwed us despite the OBBBA going directly against what both Trump and Carter promised before the election.

Our tax breaks are temporary

Lower tax rate for you? Expires. No tax on tips? Expires. Small business benefits? Expires. Trump Accounts for young families? Expires. When? January 1, 2028. It’s in the bill, black and white. Here’s the timeline.

Earl will talk about the “average family”. This is deception. Averages are the easiest way to hide truth, and that truth is that most people will save almost nothing. When people say “average”, assume they think you’re stupid. Earl definitely thinks we’re stupid.

Breaks for the lower and middle working classes are temporary. Period. But billionaires? They stay on course to steal trillions in addition to profiting from new loopholes that only benefit them. Earl “Suck Up” Carter made sure his blue state billionaire masters got what they wanted.

The deficit is going to kill our economic future

Earl just voted to max out our country’s credit with trillions of new debt. Imagine your worst credit card bill. The one that’s more than a car payment and never goes down, the one that’s always late and has wrecked your ability to buy a home and the one that’s going to probably be sent to a collection agency because you’re barely hanging on.

That’s the next 10 years of America. Guess how they’re going to cover those interest payments? By punishing the working class harder year after year after year. Now you know why our tax breaks are temporary.

BTW, DOGE cuts didn’t even come close to paying for this crap. That was never the intent. The goal of DOGE was to break the government to justify privatization, ramping inequality even further while restricting access to services. Not that Earl cares that millions are dying.

And we haven’t even talked about the tariffs. Tariffs are a tax on the consumer. Georgia will not be spared. The enshittification has begun; St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital in rural northeast Georgia was the first to fall.

You know who benefits from the tariffs? You guessed correctly.

Medicare and Medicaid are disappearing

This is the one that really, really pisses us off. Earl is a multi-millionaire with government perks that lives in a big house in Pooler. Does he think about Medicare or Medicaid? No. We all know people that need those programs. A lot of people in Georgia do.

Fun fact: one third of Georgia’s budget comes from the federal government. That’s money that supports kids and hospitals — especially in rural Georgia, like Clay County’s one doctor. And Earl torched it! For no reason! Even after Trump repeated “over and over” that he will protect it and after Earl said there was no risk of cuts in his own town hall.

Get ready for your ACA premiums to go up. Get ready for hospitals and nursing homes to close. Get ready for kids and their families to be dropped from SNAP. We are swerving into a full-on healthcare catastrophe. The reductions have already started.

(At least some Republicans acknowledged the actual effects of this bill. If only District 1 had a rep that actually stood up for normal Americans.)

Protecting Pedophiles

For years we’ve been waiting for the Epstein files. Remember when Pam Bondi said she had them on her desk?

Like always, the second Earl’s guts were tested, he abstained on a vote to release them. I guess his concerns over human trafficking really were bullshit and he’s actually cool protecting elites that abduct and rape kids. Not a surprise considering how many conservatives are child beaters, child rapists, and fans of CSAM, including not just Trump, but Trump’s own “spiritual advisor”.

ICE Licker

MAGA brainrot has turned Earl into a bootlickin’ good ol’ boy for our very own domestic terrorist group, ICE. Even though they illegally raided the Georgia Hyundai plant to detain 475 workers, 300 of which were South Korean workers in the country legally to train Georgian workers. Of course he jumped to defend Trump and his thugs: “For anyone who thinks they can take jobs from hardworking Americans and give them to illegal immigrants, take note: not under Donald Trump’s watch.”

But he remained surprisingly silent when even Trump realized how stupid his own administration is and begged the 300 South Koreans to stay and as Hapless Kemp gets on his knees to convince South Korea that his idiot party and idiot Congressional rep (who’s still towin’ the line) and idiot president aren’t complete idiots. Pretty cool they’re delaying construction until 2026, affecting 2,800 Georgian jobs.

“Red, White and Blue Land”? Are you serious? This has got to be one of the stupidest proposals in Congress. Ever. We have real problems and this is what this guy spends his time dreaming up just to get daddy’s attention? (Yes, this really happened. Never forget.)

I guess not a surprise from someone that nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Rich Boy Earl Does Not Care About You

Earl is one of the richest members of the House. He’s got more money than you or me and he’s sitting on millions in District 1.

Think about that. He’s making millions selling marsh land in Camden and sitting in million-dollar rich boy homes in St Simon’s while the cost of housing skyrockets for normal folks and we wonder what we’re going to do in two years when we can’t even go to the doctor.

If you need further proof that he does not care about you, just check the last time he had a town hall. A real one, in a real room, with real people. 2017! When was the last time he was in Waycross? When was the last time he drove south of Brunswick? When was the last time he made an appearance that wasn’t a parade or a Buc-ee’s opening? When was the last time he talked to anyone that wasn’t for political points? Just look at his newsletter. A week on the road, all but one day spent kissing asses around Atlanta for his doomed Senate run.

His self-proclaimed “MAGA Warrior” stance is a disaster for everyone in District 1. His refusal to consider any constituent that doesn’t present a political advantage is the griftiest, shallowest, most cynical, poisonous type of politician.
