1:00 PM – 3:00 PM @ Front Porch Improv

Join us September 12 at 1 PM at Front Porch Improv for our regular group meeting. As we gain momentum heading toward the elections, we have several key topics:

• Election Day integrity: the teams ensuring the smoothest possible election
• Day After Actions: what happens if the election goes well? What happens if it all goes to heck? We discuss scenarios.
• An update on weekly protests: Signs of Fascism and The Abercorn Resistance (i.e., the old Buddy Carter protest)
• The next No Kings in October: what (and when) to plan for regarding this early voting event.
• Potluck social: come for the snacks, stay for the chats.

Our mutual aid is Union Mission. They are dedicated to bringing hope to the homeless of Savannah. We’re doing a supplies drive to help that goal. We’re collecting: deodorant, body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, and snacks like protein bars and peanut butter crackers.
