1:00 PM – 3:00 PM @ Front Porch Improv
Join us for Savannah Indivisible’s midterm primary bonanza on May 2, 2026.
First, we’re doing a Q/A with two candidates for statewide races:
- Josh McLaurin, candidate for Lieutenant Governor
- Adrian Consonery Jr, candidate for Secretary of State
Why are these positions important? What’s at stake? Why do Josh and Adrian deserve our vote in the primary? All of this and more will be covered with interviews with both candidates.
We’re also covering two key topics crucial to the first election cycle that ends May 19.
First, who in nonpartisan races lean left? Who are the progressive candidates for the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and School Superintendent that are will help Georgia move forward?
Second, we’ll dive into the current mess around voting machines. Our Republican-led state legislature failed to conclude this issue, and we’ll spend some time clearing the air on what’s happened and what’s likely to happen ahead of midterms this fall.
Join us on May 2, 1 PM to 3 PM at Front Porch Improv for our midterm primary bonanza.
Also! We’re doing some mutual aid for Over the Moon Diaper Bank, a nonprofit whose mission is to “enhance diaper and menstrual equity in our community”. If you’re able, please bring:
- Size 2 diapers
- “Pull-Ups”
- Baby wipes (sensitive or fragrance-free)
- Period supplies (pads and tampons)
- Ointment with Zinc Oxide
Thank you! We’ll see you there!
